Historical Note

This wine is a tribute to one of the first important historical figures of our farm: Ser Riccomanno
Migliorati. Skilled and expert farmer of Davanzati’s family who managed our vineyards at the end of
1300s, as can be seen from a document founded near the ancient Porta Rossa of Florence, where the quality
of the wine produced is praised, defining it as not a family wine.

Description

Vino rosso toscano, abbinamenti gastronomici

Gastronomic Pairing

An intense wine with good structure. Strong and decisive, it pairs excellently with roasted dishes, stews, braises, game, and grilled red meats such as the typical Florentine steak.
