Historical Note

our Chianti Superiore comes from the vineyard that rises around the oldest of our farms, on the “Poggio Carlotta” hill, named in honor of Countess Carlotta Venturi Masetti, historic owner of the Cojano land ownership, in the 19th century.

Description

Vino rosso toscano, abbinamenti gastronomici

Gastronomic Pairing

A full-bodied wine with a direct, acidic impact and a pleasantly astringent finish. Excellent with red meats and roasts. It also pairs well with aged local cheeses and first courses featuring mushrooms or truffle.
